| 摘 要： | 威斯康星州的公共图书馆员认证制度作为美国公共图书馆员认证制度的代表,反映了当前美国公共图书馆员认证制度的状况。通过对威斯康星州公共图书馆员认证制度的发展历程、认证类型、认证过程进行介绍和详细梳理,得出该认证制度的一些特点:强化图书馆系统的重要作用、提供政府及法律的驱动与保障、强调图书馆馆长的资格认证、注重继续教育与实际工作的相结合、严格进行认证类别的区分、关注实施过程的可操作性等。
