| 摘 要： | 中国共产党第十六次全国代表大会提出了全面建设小康社会，开创中国特色社会主义事业新局面的伟大历史任务。发展社会主义民主政治，建设社会主义政治文明是全面建设小康社会的重要目标。江泽民建设中国特色社会主义政治文明的思想，明确指出了中国社会主义政治文明建设的基本前提、基本原则、基本内容和基本途径，是我们建设中国特色社会主义政治文明的指导思想和行动纲领。

| Abstract: | The 16th national congress of the CPC puts forward the task of building a well-off society in an all-round way and creating a new situation in building socialism with Chinese characteristics. to develop socialist democracy politics and to construct socialist politics civilization is an importment goal of buliding well-off society. Jiang Zemin' s thought on constructing socialist politics civilization with Chinese characteristics points out the basic premise, principles, contents and ways of socialist politics civilization, and it is the guided thought for us to construct socialist politics civilization with Chinese characteristics. |
