从三国谈判失败看二战前夕苏联在外交上的失误

1939年3月以后，各种迹象表明德国法西斯的下一步侵略计划是先西击英法，后东攻苏联，因而，同苏联和解成为英法和德国竟相争取的目标。苏联领导人错估德国向英法开战将会旷日持久，所以，在唯一有可能制止战争的三国谈判中没有尽最大努力加以阻止，从而丧失了制止世界大战的最后机会，最终给国家利益造成了严重损失。

On the Misplay of the USSR's Foreign Policy at the Eve of World War II

After the march of 1939,everything showed that the plan of the Nazi Germany is to defeat the France and the United Kingdom first then aggress the USSR.Therefore,both the Nazi Germany and the Western countries began to take actions to improve their relationship with the USSR.The leaders of the USSR thought mistakely that the coming war between the Nazi Germany and the Western countries would be prolong,therefore they didn't tried their best in the negotiation of the three nations which could perhaps check the world war.At last,the mistakes of foreign policy harmed seriously the USSR's national profits.
