| Abstract: | Collective teacher efficacy is the application of collective efficacy in school education, and also is the new international progress of research on the teacher efficacy.The article summarizes the theory of teacher collective efficacy, including its definition,formation and measurement then reviews on the situation of teacher collective efficacy at present, and introduces the direction of the research in the future. |
