我国高铁企业发展的知识产权管理对策研究

目前,我国高铁企业知识产权管理存在管理制度不健全、管理机构不完善、缺乏复合型知识产权管理人才以及对企业自身知识产权开发不充分等诸多问题,这已经严重影响到高铁企业自身的发展。因此,迅速建立高铁企业知识产权管理制度,构建符合高铁企业自身特点的知识产权管理机构,加强企业复合型知识产权人才的培养,并注重建立符合高铁企业自身特点的知识产权信息数据库,将有助于发挥知识产权这一重要资产的巨大作用,促进高铁企业走出国门、走向世界。

Research on the Countermeasures of IP Management on High-speed Railway Enterprises’Development

At present,there are many problems on IP management of the High-speed Railway Enterprises: the IP management system is not sound,management agencies are not perfect,there is lack of compound IP management personnel and their own intellectual property rights are not excavated fully.All those have seriously hindered the development of the highspeed railway enterprises.Therefore,we must establish high-speed railway enterprises’ IP management system,establish IP management institution according with the characteristics of high-speed railway enterprises,strengthen cultivation of the compound intellectual property talents,and pay attention to establishing IP information database according with the characteristics of high-speed railway enterprises.All those will play an important role in the development of the high-speed railway enterprises.
