| 摘 要： | 慕课作为一种新兴教育模式，正以强劲的势头冲击着传统教育模式，高职专业英语教学也将在慕课的影响下迎来新的改革。微课是MOOC重要的教学资源，也是翻转课堂的重要载体。基于MOOC的英语教学，不应只停留在理念，而应该积极行动起来。文章阐述了会计英语课程微视频建设与翻转课堂教学改革探索和实践，让新技术、新资源在教育中发挥作用，体现时代特征，提高学习自主性。
