体育院校创新创业教育理论与实践研究

结合学科专业特性，将体育院校创新创业教育的目标定位为培养创新精神，磨练创业品质，掌握创业知识和创业技能。实施分层次的普及型和提高型创新创业教育，教学内容包括创业基础素质、创业基本知识和创业实训实践。同时，构建了“知识学习、模拟实训、商务实践、社会服务”四位一体的创新创业教育模式，从课程设置、教学方法、培训手段和实训模式等方面进行了模型构建。建立了与学校管理系统相融合、与专业教学相匹配、与个人利益相挂钩的管理体系、教学体系和测评体系，以保障创新创业教育工作的顺利实施。

Theoretical and Practical Study of Innovation and Start-up Education in Sport Colleges

Considering the specialty character, the goal of innovation and start-up education was defined as cultivating creativity,improving the spirit of enterprise, mastering entrepreneurial knowledge and skills, implementing hierarchical education interpre- ted as middle-class and high-class structure, with teaching content., basic quality, elementary knowledge and social practice. Four-in-one education mode of knowledge learning, simulation training, business practice and society service was constituted based on the curriculum set-up, teaching method, training measures and practice mode. It was proposed that management system, teaching system and assessment system integrating the school, specialty and personal interest could guarantee the healthy development of innovation and start-up education.
