| 摘 要： | 高等教育均衡发展是衡量社会发展水平的重要标志,我国目前的高等教育处于非均衡发展的状态,没有形成效益、质量、结构、规模相统一的发展观,入学机会不均等,资源配置不均等。本文针对上述问题,提出了解决高等教育非均衡发展的建议和意见。

| Abstract: | The balanced development of higher education is an important symbol to measure the level of social development,the higher education in our country is not balanced development condition,has not formed the development of efficiency,quality,structure,scale unified view,entrance opportunity unequal,unequal allocation of resources.Aiming at these problems,put forward to solve the unbalanced development of higher education and suggestion. |
