全球化是历史发展的必然结果,信息化与网络化在广度与深度上加速了全球化的进程,以一个民族或国家为背景研究社会发展的思路受到了严峻挑战,人文社会科学研究不能无视全球化状态。面对全球化,民族文化的本来生存命运与现实生存命运已引起人文社会科学界的广泛关注。担负着传承、弘扬民族文化,进而培育民族精神的民族文化教育的重新提出,是全球化语境中高等教育应对和融入全球化的重要话题。

Globalization,National Culture and Higher Education

Globalization is the inevitable outcome of historical development. The popularization of information system and network system has accelerated the process of globalization in terms of scope and depth. Accordingly, the way of thinking for social development studies in the national or state background is seriously challenged, and humanist and social studies cannot exist independently without taking into account the globalization trend. Confronted with the globalization trend, the future survival and the present reality of a nation's culture have been attracting extensive concern in the field of humane and social studies, and it is especially the case in the developing countries. Since the national education bears the responsibility for carrying forward the culture of a nation and developing the spirit of a nation, the emphasis on the national education is an important topic for higher education to deal with and get involved in the context of globalization.
