新时期高校女辅导员职业倦怠现状研究

辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,由于其职业特征,使承受着较大的工作和心理压力,已成为易患职业倦怠的"高危人群"。女辅导员更容易产生职业倦怠,影响到和谐校园的构建,甚至高校的稳定,文章分析了女辅导员职业倦怠的原因,并从冲破重男轻女的思想束缚、加强女辅导员队伍培训、关心女辅导员的生活、学习和发展等方面对高校和女辅导员自身提出了合理化的意见和建议。

The present situation of occupation burnout of female instructor in colleges and universities in the new period

The instructor is the main power to carry out ideological and political education,because of their occupation characteristic,to bear a larger work and psychological pressure,has become "high-risk groups" to occupation burnout.Female counselors are more prone to occupation burnout,affect the construction of harmonious campus,and even the stability of colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the causes of female instructor occupation burnout,and from breaking the thought shackles,strengthening the training of female counselors,the life,learning and development of counselor to put forward reasonable the opinions and suggestions.
