网络自我效能感及其影响因素综述

摘    要:
在网络活动中,网络自我效能感对个体网络学习动机、知识的获得、网络沟通能力等起着非常重要的作用。文章在总结网络自我效能感的概念、意义以及研究成果的基础上,从个体因素和环境因素的角度分别对性别、年龄、专业、网络使用经验、网络态度、网络情绪等个体因素和网络设备的完备性、社会支持等环境因素对网络自我效能感的影响进行了综述。已有的研究表明以上因素对个体的网络自我效能感均有显著影响。未来研究需要进一步探讨各种影响因素间的相互作用及其对网络自我效能感、网络学习效果和网络行为的作用机制。

Abstract:
On the basis of introducing the definition and function of Internet self-efficacy, the paper reviews the individual factors and environment factors that influence Internet self-efficacy, including individual factors such as gender, age, major, Internet usage experi- ence, Internet attitude, Internet emotion, and environmental factors such as the completeness of Internet equipment and social support. Previous wesearch indicates that such factors have significant impact on personal Internet self-efficacy. In the future, more attention should be paid to explorlng the interaction among the influencing factors, as well as their influences on Internet self-efficacy and Inter- net behavior and learning.
