| 摘 要： | 为了解摔跤运动员实战前后血睾酮(T)、游离睾酮(FT)和皮质醇(C)变化的情况，力求找到它们与训练负荷之间可能存在的关系，对我省16名优秀摔跤运动员进行了跟踪监测。结果显示：小强度实战对它们的影响不明显；中等强度及中偏大强度的实践血睾酮、游离睾酮、皮质醇及其比值有不同性质和程度的影响。

| Abstract: | In order to find the possible relation among T/C,FT/C and training tension, the author examined sixteen top Anhui wrestlers ratio of testosterone to cortisol (T/C) and the ratio of free testosterone to cortisol(FT/C) before and after competitive training. The result was that low tension had a little effect on hormone, middle tension and above middle tension had different effect on T, FT and C. |
