| 摘 要： | 在信息化高速发展的今天，如何改革传统的机务安全管理模式，根据切实需要，实现机务安全管理从传统管理模式向信息化管理模式过渡，达到安全管理有序可控、最终实现“事前预防”，是摆在机务安全管理者面前的重要课题。应用现代信息技术是保障机务行车安全、提高机车运用效率、强化机务运营管理是铁路运输安全管理系统建设的重要内容之一。
