| Abstract: | Following an analysis of the current status of construction enterprises, the paper goes on the elaborate on the problems encountered in technical training, and points out that training work for specific jobs should be made with appropriate methods. This can enable them to meet the challenge after China's entry into the WTO with their higher adaptability to market demands. |
