自发性高血压大鼠膈肌功能的变化

摘    要:目的:研究自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)膈肌功能的变化。方法:大鼠随机分成两组,SHR组和Wistar大鼠组,各8只,应用体外灌流大鼠膈肌条的方法,测量张力一频率曲线,疲劳指数的变化,同时测定膈肌组织中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性(总NOS和iN0s)和NO含量的变化。结果:与对照组相比,SHR组大鼠膈肌张力-频率曲线右移,疲劳指数下降明显(P〈0.01),组织中SOD、总NOS活性和NO含量显著降低(P〈0.01),iNOS、MDA含量显著增加(P<0.01)。结论:自发性高血压大鼠膈肌功能受到损伤。

Abstract:Objective: To study the change of diaphragmatic functions in Spontaneously Hypertensive Rats(SHR).Methods: Rats were divided into two groups.One group(n=8)was Wistar rats as control and the other(n=8)was SHR group.The force-frequency curve and fatigue index(FI)in vitro diaphragm strip were measured,the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and nitric oxide synthase(NOS)in diaphragm tissues were measured as well.The contents of nitric oxide(NO)and malondiadehyde(MDA)were also detected.Results: Compared with that of the control,the force-frequency curve shifted to right and FI significantly decreased(P< 0.01)in SHR group.Compared with the results of the control,SOD,pant-NOS activities,NO contents were significantly lower(P<0.01),iNOS and MDA contents were significantly higher in SHR group(P<0.01).Conclusion: The diaphragmatic functions were damaged in SHR,iNOS and MDA contents were significantly higher.
