教师教学效能感对学生自我效能感的影响

摘    要:教学效能感是教师的一种信念,即教师对自己的教学能力和专业知识能否影响和帮助学生的自信程度。教学效能感通过影响教师情绪的调控、教学活动的组织和教学行为的归因等途径,达到影响学生自我效能感和学业成就的目的。

Abstract:Teaching efficacy is the teacher's self-confidence in his teaching capacity and his influence on the students in the aspect of knowledge.Teaching efficacy is useful in helping the students to foster their self-efficacy and make academic achievement by means of different ways such as regulating emotions,organizing teaching activities and analyzing teaching experiences.
