人类社会是在发展中不断前进的.人类社会的历史就是生产力不断发展的历史.解决中国的问题靠发展,解决世界的问题也要靠发展.把发展作为执政兴国的第一要务是我们党对执政理论的新发展,对执政规律的新认识,对执政经验的新总结,对执政任务的新概括.发展是一项全面协调的系统工程.树立和落实全面、协调、可持续的科学发展观,需要正确认识和处理改革发展稳定的关系;物质文明、政治文明和精神文明协调发展的关系;统筹兼顾,协调改革进程中各种利益的关系.
