| 摘 要： | 以毛泽东为核心的中国共产党人在早期的执政实践中萌生了最初的执政意识,但具有一定的自发性。党的十一届三中全会以后,在邓小平的积极推动下,中国共产党执政意识初步觉醒,实现了党的执政意识的第一次转变与跃升。

| Abstract: | The Communist Party of China centralized by Mao Zedong developed governing consciousness in early government,but with a certain amount of naturalism.After the Third Central Representative Meeting of the 11th Assembly Meeting of CPC,promoted by Deng Xiaoping,the governing consciousness of Chinese Communist Party awoke,thus realizing the first transformation and leap of governing consciousness. |
