| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济的发展，人才竞争程度的加剧，高职院校的学生不仅要掌握扎实的专业知识，而且还要具备良好的心理素质和文化素质。为了培养未来社会高情商高智商的复合型人才，高职院校在重视职业教育的同时还应开展有效的人文教育。本文以人文教育的定位和意义、加强人文教育的重要性、如何实施人文教育等三个方面展开论述。

| Abstract: | The development of social economy and the intensification of talents competition demand that the higher vocational college students should not only master professional knowledge but also possess fine psychological and cultural quality. To cultivate students with high EQ and IQ, the higher vocational college should emphasize the humane education as well as professional education. In this article, the author discusses the issue respectively from the definition of humane education, the significance of carrying out humane education and how to carry out humane education. |
