藉由SCI的中国学术研究能量之国际比较

学术研究能量一般包括研究能力和影响力两个方面。本文藉由SCI指标体系获得一系列重要的科学指标,对中国学术研究能量的一些重要指标进行了定量化的国际比较研究,从而发现了一些重要的发展趋势,客观衡量了中国的学术研究能量。在此基础上,进而对提高中国的基础科学研究水平的科技政策问题提出可供讨论的意见。

Comparison of Chinese academic research energy on the basis of SCI

Academic research energy generally includes two respects of ability and influence power of research. This text gets important scientific indices by SCI indicators system, and carry on international comparison. Thus some important development trends are found; the academic research energy of China is weighed objectively. On the basis of this, and then put forward the suggestion suitable for discussing to the scientific and technological policy question which improves the basic scientific research level of China.
