普通高校园区体育发展的新趋势及对策研究

近几年我国高等教育飞速发展,大学校园扩建、高校合并优化以及后勤服务社会化等多层次的变革,已逐步形成一所学校多校区、学生公寓园区化、学生公寓远离主教学区,教学与公寓分区建设的全新校园格局。由于体育教学部门尚未意识到学生从主教学区返回园区后,园区已成为学生课后从事锻炼和活动的重要场所,相关改革措施滞后,使园区体育与体育教学脱节。将园区体育活动纳入课外体育锻炼学分管理和大学生素质教育拓展计划,在学校体育主管部门、学校团委等多部门指导引导下学生根据兴趣、爱好和乐于参与的外部运动形式组建以组织为主和参与为主的学生体育团体,逐步健全学生参与园区体育活动的评价体系,有效地将学校体育教育寓于大学生园区生活之中。

Study on the New Trends and Strategies of the PE Development on Campus

In the past several years,the multi-hierarchical changes such as the quick development of several colleges and the socialization have formed a brand new college structure pattern,in which there are many campuses only for one school,the student apartments are localized into garden-like areas,the apartments are far away from the main teaching buildings and apartments are constructed separately.Because PE sections are not aware that students who leave main teaching building for school apartments,apartments have become the important place for students to engage in exercise.But some measures of revolution fall behind severely and PE outside apartment is disjoined with PE teaching.It is important to bring the sports into management credit of exercise and the exploration plan of college students quantity development.The main PE development and others direct students who according to their interests build a sports group which develops gradually the appraisal system and combines the PE teaching and campus life of the student effectively.
