| 摘 要： | 通过对参加国家体育总局排球运动管理中心主办的2005年全国青少年排球教练员理论培训班的105名教练员,进行问卷调查和对排球界专家进行访谈,分析我国青少年排球教练员队伍建设的现状,并结合调查结果提出几点建议,供排球界同行参考.

| Abstract: | 105 volleyball coaches are surveyed who take part in the theoretical training classes for coaches of adolescent players held by the Volleyball Administration Center in 2005.Furthermore,volleyball experts are interviewed,in order to analyze the status quo of volleyball coaches' team construction.According to the results,several suggestions are put forward,in order to provide references for volleyball researchers. |
