| 摘 要： | 房地产价格特别是商品住宅价格是现在经济关注的热点。影响商品住宅价格的因素十分复杂。本文以济南商品住宅市场数据为基础,运用数理分析方法对济南商品住宅价格的影响因素进行了分析并建立多元回归分析模型。
