贵州省六盘水市双桥水库底栖动物调查研究

摘    要:底栖动物是河流生态系统的主要生物组成成分之一,在河流生态系统结构与功能中具有重要的生态意义。2009年7-8月。对贵州省六盘水市保华乡阿勒河流6个研究地点的野外调查。对双桥水库底栖动物进行定量和定性的采样分析,共鉴定底栖动物4门6纲27属31种。其中,扁形动物三角真涡虫(Dugesia gonocephala)、节肢动物甲壳纲锯齿新米虾(Neocaridina denficulate)、昆虫纲毛翅目幼虫巨石蛾(Phryganus sp)和被翅目幼虫双瘤新虫责(Neopeda bituberculata,sp.nov)等为该河底栖动物的优势种。毛翅目幼虫和横翅目幼虫喜在清洁的水中生活,它们对水中的溶解氧较为敏感,并且,对某些有毒物质的忍受力较差,因而在研究流水带生物学,评估水质和人类活动对水生态系的影响,以及在流水生态系的生物测定中,有着很重要的作用,现被应用做为监测水质的指示种类之一。

Abstract:Zoobenthos are important constituent part of organisms in the fiver ecosystem, and they play important roles in studying the composition and function in the fiver ecosystem. Investingation has been made in six sampling stations in Ale River, Baohua Town, Liupanshui City, Guizhou Provence. Zoobenthos were collected in July and August 2009. A total of 31 species were identified including 27 genus, 6 classes and 4 phyla. The dominant species were Dugesia gonocephala, Neocaridina denticulate, Phryganus sp and Neoperla bituberculata,sp.nov and so on. They belong to Platyhelminth, Crustacean, Trichoptera, Plecoptera respectively. The larvae of Trichoptera and Plecoptera like living in clear water, and they are sensitive to dissolved oxygen. They have weak tolerance for some poisonous substance, so they play important roles in studying the biology of runoff water and its bioassay. They can be used to monitor the water quality.
