大学生人格与其学习绩效关系研究初探

摘    要:人格是影响学习的重要因素,深入探讨人格特征与学习之间的关系,能为提升学生学习绩效提供科学认知,有着重要现实意义。在分析人格与学习绩效非线性、复杂性关系的基础上,通过BP人工神经网络模型建模,实现大五人格各因素及其整体的非线性映射,探索提高学习者学习绩效的新途径,希望能为个性化教学和素质教育提供有益的一种思路。

Abstract:Personality is the important factor on influencing learning,the study of personality characteristics and learning performance relationship in deep,can provide a scientific cognition of improving students’ learning performance,and it is important to practicing.We use the BP artificial neural network model to modeling on the base of analysis of the relationship between personality and learning performance which is nonlinear and complexity.Thus we can realize the nonlinear mapping of big five personality factors,so that we can explore the new approach to improving learning performance.Last,we hope this study will provide a useful kind thought for individualizing teaching and competence education.
