摘    要:为了提高英语教研质量,"同课异构"被引入到英语教研活动中。该文对"同课异构"与传统"集体备课"教研形式进行对比,介绍了"同课异构"在英语教研活动中的应用,并从三方面分析了"同课异构"对教师专业发展的促进作用。

Abstract:In order to improve the quality of English teaching research,heterogeneous is injected into the English teaching research activities.This paper compares heterogeneous activities with the traditional ones,and talks about the application of heterogeneous by citing three teaching examples,and also analyses the promoting effect on teacher professional development.
