| 摘 要： | 为了实现经济的快速增长，我国将继续实行扩大内需的方针。在目前情况下，消费需求应成为我国扩大内需的政策着力点。因为从消费需求与投资需求的关系上看，消费需求决定着投资需求；从投资支出的双重效应看，投资难以扩大内需；从我国投资需求转化为消费需求的现实状况看，投资需求引发的消费需求比例较低。

| Abstract: | In order to make economic increase quickly, the policy of expansion of internal demand should be adopted. Consumption demand should become the policy focus of the expansion of internal demand in China at the present situation from the following aspect:it is the consumption demand that decides the investment demand from the relation between the consumption demand and investment demand. |
