新规则背景下自选长拳项目动作编排的研究

自2003年武术套路竞赛新规则出台之后,武术项目朝着高难美新的方向发展,在某一段时间里,难度被推到了至高无上的位置,一切都围绕着难度进行。但随着运动员们难度水平的日益提高,已经无法在难度分值上与对手决出胜负,所以运动员又不得不开始重视其他方面的提高,特别是套路的编排。本文通过文献资料法、录像分析法、数理统计法等对新规则颁布以来的两届全运会长拳比赛的录像研究,从整套单式动作数量、组合动作的数量以及难度等方面进行研究。

The Research on Optional Changquan Movements’ Layout under the Background of the New Rules

After the 2003 new martial arts routine rules issued,martial arts project in difficult beautiful new direction,and in a certain period of time,the difficulty is being driven to the loftiest position,all around the difficulty.But as the athletes increasingly difficulty levels rise,have not in the difficulty totals and recount opponent,so the athlete had to begin to value the other aspects of the improved,especially arrangement.This article through the Literature data method,video analysis,Mathematical statistics method,analysis 10th and 11th national games Changquan video game,from a complete set of single movement quantity,the combination movement quantity and difficulty movement of research.
