| 摘 要： | 由于制约个体知识共享倾向的主要影响因素逐渐从技术层面向人为层面转变,故本文基于社会资本理论构建企业员工的知识共享倾向模型,并应用结构方程模型对其进行检验。结果表明社会资本对个体的知识共享倾向有显著的影响作用。

| Abstract: | Because of the reasons effect knowledge sharing turn from technology to person's, the paper develops a model of knowledge sharing intention of workers of enterprise based on social capital and use structural equation modeling to test the model. The results show that social capital significantly effect on knowledge sharing intention. |
