| 摘 要： | 在介绍欧盟商业方法专利法律制度的基础上,基于专利信息分析,研究了欧盟金融商业方法专利现状。通过瑞士再保险公司专利管理的典型案例,分析了金融企业对于专利管理的实际运用,为我国金融企业专利管理提供借鉴。
