| 摘 要： | 从体育突发事件应急社会动员的内涵出发,阐述体育突发事件应急社会动员的价值,分析体育突发事件应急社会动员的困境,提出完善体育突发事件应急社会动员法律法规,建立多元主体协同合作机制和畅通的信息沟通机制,加强公民危机意识教育和应急能力培训,健全体育突发事件应急社会动员保障体系和补偿制度,从而加强对体育突发事件应急社会动员制度化建设。

| Abstract: | Starting from the connotation of the emergency social mobilization of sports emergencies,this paper expounds the value of the emergency social mobilization of sports emergencies,analyzes the difficulties of the emergency social mobilization of sports emergencies;and on this basis,it puts forward to improve the laws and regulations of the emergency social mobilization of sports emergencies,establish a multi-agent cooperative mechanism and a smooth information communication mechanism,and strengthen the public in order to strengthen the suggestion of institutionalized construction of sports emergency social mobilization,we should improve the education of people’s crisis awareness and the training of emergency ability,improve the security system and compensation system of sports emergency social mobilization. |
