| 摘 要： | 广西检察干部教育培训重点由学历教育转向岗位培训,各类培训班的培训对象都以基层干警为主.基层检察干部教育培训存在培训周期过长、岗位培训针对性不强等问题,需要增强基层检察院在干部教育培训中的主体地位,要采取建立检察官兼职教师培养选拔机制,专职教师挂职锻炼机制,进一步健全岗位培训等措施.
