摘    要:为了更加有效地提高软件测试的效率,将故障树分析法引人软件测试中,提出了建模的基本思想和方法,给出了软件测试故障树最小割集的算法,对故障树模型进行了定性和定量的分析,并将分析结果指导和应用于软件测试实践中。

Abstract:Software testing is essential to ensure software quality.In order to more effect ively improve the efficiency of software testing,fault tree analysis was introd uced into software testing.The method on constructing fault tree model and an arithmetic on minimum cut sets were presented.The quantitative analysis and qu alitative analysis about fault tree model were discussed and the result was used in software testing practice.
