| 摘 要： | 为了培养应用型创新人才,提出了“创新人才培养不断线”的教改思路,将创新精神和实践能力的培养贯穿于人才培养全过程.修订教学计划并推出创新学分,为实践教学内涵建设打下坚实基础.推出多项配套措施,如建设校内外实践教学基地、举办“工程大师论坛”、加强工程训练、鼓励科研探索、组织科技竞赛等,将实践教学内涵建设真正落到实处.通过长期不懈地努力与建设,在人才培养质量、实验教学示范中心、校外人才培养基地、大学生创新性实验计划等方面已经取得了显著成效.
