| 摘 要： | WTO以全面开放的经济运作态势，让我们理性地认识到教育在启动本国经济走向世界大舞台时战略地位和关键作用，本文用“范式”这一概念，借以明确我们要分析的三个问题：一、人才培养观和人才培养模式的转型；二、教育形态的转变；三、终身教育形态的建构。
