| 摘 要： | 林权的法律性质研究应结合森林法律制度和民法理论来进行。林权是一种带有公权性质的私权,但本文强调林权本质上的私权性;林权是一种物权,林权符合物权的规格;林权中的林木采伐权又是一种准物权,准物权是用益物权的一种。
