On construction of the academic atmosphere: an eternal theme of academic sustainable development

The enhancement of academic atmosphere is an eternal theme to enforce the scientific outlook of development and the academic sustainable development. To pursue truth,strengthen academic freedom and responsibility,serve social development and cultivate individuality are main tasks of the construction of academic atmosphere,which should be encouraged by academic spirit,guided by moral education,standardized by academic principles and refined by campus culture.The four important factors of the construction of academic atmosphere,namely,study,meditation,practice and renovation should be especially stressed.
