阳光体育运动形式下的高校体育教学模式

《中共中央、国务院关于加强青少年体育增强青少年体质的意见》的实施，极大地推进了体育事业的改革，同时对体育教学工作也提出了更高的要求，随着全民健身、青少年阳光体育活动的日益展开，发展青少年体育增强青少年体质在高校中也产生极大的反响，引起高度的重视，这就要求在教学过程中引入更先进及有创新的教学手段和教学方法，是我们目前所要做的重要任务之一。
