表象训练方法运用于木兰拳教学的实验研究

摘    要:表象训练是一种运动心理训练的方法。在木兰拳套路教学中,有意识、有目的地运用表象训练与常规教学相结合的教学方法,不仅能改进和提高套路技术动作,而且能加快学生对木兰拳套路动作的熟练掌握。

Abstract:Presentational training is a mentality training method.During the teaching of Mulanquan routine,putting the presentational training and regular teaching together consciously and purposefully can not only improve routine acts,but also make students hold the routine faster.This teaching method is an effective assisting way.
