| 摘 要： | 表象训练是一种运动心理训练的方法。在木兰拳套路教学中,有意识、有目的地运用表象训练与常规教学相结合的教学方法,不仅能改进和提高套路技术动作,而且能加快学生对木兰拳套路动作的熟练掌握。
