| 摘 要： | 在市场经济条件下,企业倾向于大量借入资金以获得更高的投资利润率。本文分析了企业该行为的利弊,并提出了量化模型。该模型表明企业自有资金与风险之间的关系,偿试从宏观角度来确定企业负债的比率。

| Abstract: | Under conditons of market economy, enterprises tend to borrow large amount of fund for getting more economic effect. This paper analyses the advantage and disadvantage of such behavior, and puts forward a quantum model. The model describes the relationship between the borrowed fund and the risk involved, and endeavors to determine the debt ratio of an enterprise from a macroscopic point of view. |
