| 摘 要： | 对河南省普通高校体育师资队伍职称、学历、专业、年龄基本结构和教学科研工作、师资培训、思想状况进行调查.分析探讨了目前师资队伍存在的学历偏低、科研意识不强、专业结构不尽合理等问题,在此基础上提出了加强师资队伍建设的对策与措施. |

| Abstract: | The authors investigated the professional titles ,educational background ,majors ,age st ructures , teaching and scientific researches ,teacherps t raining and ideological understanding of college P. E. etc. The teachersp academic degrees were low ; they were not aware of how important scientific researches were for them;and the professional st ructure was not reasonable. Relative countermeasures were put forward. |
