| 摘 要： | 在后现代社会这样一个特殊的时代背景下，应当充分挖掘休闲体育与民族体育中的积极成分，彼此相互借鉴，汲取对方优良成分。文章通过对两者的分析，结合后现代社会的某些特点，得出结论，休闲体育与民族体育在存在着共性，即融合的必要性。

| Abstract: | Under the special time background of post-modern socity, the active elements in leisure sports and national traditional sports are needed to study and intake each other. Through analyzing the two kinds of sport, combining some characteristics of post-modern society, the study forms its conclusion that leisure sports and national traditonal sports have some common places, such as the necessity of integration. |
