| 摘 要： | 共青团工作科学化的内容主要包括工作指导的科学化、工作内容的系统化和工作组织的社会化三个方面,新形势下,高校共青团组织要从构建科学化的新机制、加强信息化建设、确定系统化工作内容以及引入项目化管理等几方面入手,努力实现高校共青团工作的科学化,更好地为青年学生的成长成才服务。

| Abstract: | The scientification of the Communist Youth League majorly consists of three aspects: the scientification of work coduct , systemization of work content and socialization of work orgnization. For the acheievement of the above-called scientification and better services for college students in modern days , the targets of university League organizations should be oriented in the enhancement of system and information system building, systematic identification of work contents and projet management introduction as well. |
