| 摘 要： | 本文从国外对小额贷款的理论解读和实践入手，阐述了最近我国政府对小额贷款公司试点的相关规定及现实应用，提出了小额贷款公司存在的法律制度供给不足的问题，说明了该法律制度建构的重要性和迫切性，同时也建议在我国多设立相关的公司，以发展农村经济。

| Abstract: | The writing attempts to expound the regulations and practical use related to the pilot tests of small loan companies by beginning with the interpretation and practice of the theory on small loans in foreign countries, put forth the inadequacy of legal systems in small loan companies, elaborate on the importance and urgency of establishing the legal system and at the same time propose that more such companies be set up in our country so as to promote the development of our rural economy. |
