| 摘 要： | 随着花样滑冰项目的发展,对运动员技术和艺术综合能力的培养也提出了更高的要求。花样滑冰训练大纲就是有针对性地从技术和艺术2个方面提出不同的测试内容,从而更好地促进花样滑冰的教学和训练工作。对训练大纲——单人滑等级测试提出思考,并针对经常出现的问题提出建议。

| Abstract: | With the development of figure skating, there is higher demand to integrate ability of the skill and art of skaters.The general training outline of figure skating has advanced various test contents from the skill and art. It is more concrete and will improve our education and training. This article will expound some considerations about carrying out the general training outline and it also make suggestions for common questions. |
