美国爱默雷大学与中国东南大学体育教学内容选择的比较

本文就中美两所大学的体育教学课程设置和内容作了比较分析。课程设置的依据是为了提高学生体质和使学生掌握运动技巧。在健身和终身体育的基础上，选择开设一些娱乐化、社会化和产业化的体育教学内容将可能有利于高校体育教学的发展。

COMPARAIVE ANALYSIS ON THE DESIGNING OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION CONTENTS IN EMORY UNIVERSITY OF USA AND EAST-SOUTH UNIVERSITY OF CHINA

The courses, programs and activities of physical education in Emory Universities of USA and East-south University of China are compared and discussed. The curriculum has been designed to expose students to various courses, programs, and activities that lead to maintenance of a healthy body and acquisition of particular motor skills in both Universities. It is suggested that, on the basis of fitness and lifetime exercise, designing and selecting some recreational, popular and industrial contents of physical education may promote students' physical activity and the development of physical education of universities.
