摘    要:该研究是在前人对教师培训研究的基础上,结合教师运用信息技术与课程整合的要求,采用系统方法和绩效分析方法来设计一个能促进教师专业化、培训教师整合能力的电子绩效支持系统(ID-EPSS)。文章基于绩效技术与教学设计理论,设计了适合教师培训的ID-EPSS的功能模型,同时对培训模型各模块的主要内容和各模块实现的技术进行了论证。

Abstract:On the basis of predecessors' research of teacher-training,combining the requirement of teacher using Informational Technique and Course Conformity in the new century,an Electronic Performance Support System (ID-EPSS) used to promote teachers' specialization and train teachers' conformity ability was designed using system methods and performance analysis methods in this paper. In this paper,a function model of ID-EPSS which is suitable for teaches' training was designed based on performance technology and instructional design theory,at the same time,the main content and realization technologies of each module were demonstrated.
