| Abstract: | The paper, tehrough a repeated thinking about the different ideas and practices that are made known by the current Chinese library world(especially the pubic library circles) centering on the problem of reforming the conditions for existance, holds that an important factor for the library to keep a steady development is to change absolutely the old idea of wholly relying on goverment funds, and at the same time of continuously taking seriously and striving for the government investment, strengthen the managerial consciousness, seek self-support and self-development all by oneself, establish the library's own bearing point and relys on walking on two legs as wll. 17 refs. |
