| 摘 要： | 采用文献综述法和逻辑推理法对中国竞技游泳项目的现状和所存在的问题进行了分析。根据可持续发展的战略思想,对影响我国竞技游泳成绩的因素进行系统性的归纳,提出完善决策思路、发展人才储备、注重科学研究等方面的建设性意见,以此来实现我国竞技游泳项目的快速发展。
