体育锻炼对老年人血液纤溶系统的影响

摘    要:以引发血栓性疾病的独立因素——血液纤维蛋白溶解系统(简称纤溶系统)为切入点,研究体育锻炼对老年人血液纤溶系统的影响。结果显示:常年参加体育锻炼不仅使老年人血液纤维溶中组织型纤溶酶原激活物(T—PA)活性和纤溶酶(PL)活性增加,同时还能降低α2-PI(α2抗纤溶酶)活性和纤维蛋白原含量(Fibrinogen,Fg);对于老年人,性别差异对血液纤溶系统能力的影响较小。提示:经常参加体育锻炼有助于提高老年人纤溶活性,加速纤维蛋白的降解,最终能有效地预防血栓的形成。

Abstract:This paper studies the fibrinolyic systemwhich is one of the reasons that affect thrombus disease ,and re-
searches into the fibrinolyic systemof the elderly people by physical exercise. The results showed that physical exer-
cise could improve activity of the tissue type plasminogen activator (T2PA) , activity of plasminogen ( PL) , and de-
crease activity ofα22antiplasminα22antiplasmin (α22PI) and contents of Fibrinogen(Fg) . To the elderly people , dif-
ferent genders affected little on the main indexes of fibrinolyic system. It was suggested that physical exercise could
help to improve the elderly peopleps fibrinlyic system activity and accelerate the dissolution of fibrin , preventing
thrombus disease effectively.
